Anybody know what the problem is with these guys?

1 of them came right up. The other 4 are stalled out or mangled looking. Suggestions?

does look overwatered.

How long since they broke soil? this early stage can somrtimes take a few days before they fully open up and stat the first true set of leaves
 
The only water they ever got was when i originally wet the medium. The 1 came up second day after putting them in soil. The rest did what you see and then just stopped...I have never had something like this happen. I will say the seeds looked pretty rough when I opened the pack but they still put out tap roots. Don't know what to do about it.
 
Medium is 40% perlite, 20% coco and 40% Seedling Mix soil. It's pretty airated soil. They are definately far from the light and stretchy but I would have thought they would open up at least...

How long since they broke soil??
 
give it time the deformed ones will come along eventually ive even seen this with other strains like gdp if anything your light is too far away thats too much stretch
 
Id Mist them mangled ones with some water ina spray bottle , usuallly helps them develop when the just sprout like that , maybe drop light down a Lil looks like stretching some
