looks N and mg deficient and over watered.. not to mention the light may have been too close.

How long before this picture did you water?
I haven't fed her anything, as she is in living soil. Two Spider Farmer SF1000, 100 Watts each. I water every other day, she has been drinking. I water when pot is light.
2 sf 1000
day before, watered her tonight.

I would top dress it with more of that soil and water it in next watering (once dry enough)

Looks hungry would top dress with some quality worm castings perhaps few feeds of fish emulsion living soil needs to be kept moist huge swings in moisture will screw your Biology up

True, i bottom water her so how would i go about top dressing. What is the best thing for the soil? I would say ph is locking out something, living organic soil tends to acidify over time.
Probably salts built up too.
I would suggest to semi-flush her as it looks more like salts/nutes build up according to the tips/edges of leaves.
Make sure to give it higher ph water, around 7.0 to buffer it a bit.
Had similar issues with my current grow, took a while to sort it out due to misdiagnosis.
Doesn't look hungry to me but that's just my opinion.

You have a very rich and amended soil, just make sure not to overfeed her, you'll burn that beauty down before she's ready.
And, I would skip the bottom feeding for the next watering.
