Im growing 4 plants total, Bubblelicious, Jack Herer, and 2 freebie seeds I got from Nirvana. They are 2 weeks old. Pot size is 2.4 L I believe, have them in Fox Farms Ocean Forest, and supplying them with additional nutes with a Soiltab that I got from Nirvana. The 2 unknown plants do not have the additional nutes. I had mixed feelings about using them with the soil and decided to see what would happen. From the looks of it, I might have a little bit of nute burn. But after I watered it, it got better but there are still small yellow spots. This is an outdoor/indoor LED grow. Im a little worried about growth height, once they sprouted they had an explosive growth spurt and towards the end of the 1st week they stopped, a couple days into the 2nd week they had another growth spurt and continue to grow bigger each day, but the Jack isnt seem to be growing as much as the others. Could it be the pot size? Or maybe strain? Let me know what you guys think, thanks!

stop adding nutes, the soil has everything it needs and let them be, just walk away and let them grow, everything looks fine to me, just be patient.

Everyone is good but your Freebie #1 is trying to tell you that the soil is now too hot for her. The downward hooks need to go away and then you will know she has adjusted to her soil. No nutes until her leaves flatten out and she should be good. Have a good grow!

How can you tell the difference between under watered and over watered?

Weighing them would be very easy while they're still in relatively small pots. Use a postage scale or something similar. You'll soon get a feel for whether they need water or not.

FFOF has a reputation as a "hot" soil, so, yeah, no more nutes for - well, probably a month or so. I've read several times that it's a good idea to mix a bit of dolomite lime into the FFOF when watering because they use oyster shell to provide Ca and it doesn't last. If FFOF is lacking in anything, that's probably it.

The JH looks to me like the happiest plant. Don't fret about it lagging a bit, especially this early in the game.

Overwatered or under oxygenated plants show it in their leaf structure. Leaves have a gentle downward curve all the way from the back of the leaf to the tip, no sharp hooks. A heavy pot usually confirms.

Underwatered plants can also have a similar curve from back to front as the over-watered, but the stems are usually in a more drooped position and the leaves look a little flacid. A light pot usually confirms.

Roger that. I noticed my ladies drooping today, stuck my finger 4 inches down into the buckets and it was completely desert dry. xD and very feather weighted. They just started taking off in flower, and I hadn't anticipated them to drink so much so fast. :S

I'm a noob, just wondering why you are flowering them so small? A lack of growing room?
