In the 4th week of Veg, should I flower Next Week?

Here is a pic of what I hope is 3 chicks...
Does it look like it needs pruning or anything?
Ph is at 5.0, humidity is around an average of %55 to %60 and the temps are around 67F to 85F. Think I should flower next week or maybe go another 2 weeks? or what the hell? thanks

This is kinda of unrelated but, Do you think that keeping the lights close to the plants stunts the growth? Do you want to keep them short and bushy or stretch a bit?

I think I should trim some, there are alot of little growth on the bottom that isn't getting light.

yeah man those could be flowered now. 4 weeks is around how long I vegged mine(probably about 6 or 7 inches tall) and now it's in the 4th week of flowering and its over 2 ft. tall.

Thanks for the response everyone. I haven't started flowering yet. I think I'll wait 1 more week. I've got plenty of space for them to grow. I may have flowered tonight, but I just flushed the rez and filled it up with distilled and nuted fox farm water. thanks
