ok so heres what i did.. once the doors were on and such, i made it so the floor section was iscolated and was able to be used as the intake
. as well as being lined with plastic in 2 layers.
the top i used the 1 inch holes to attach some flexable ducting and a cheap metal fan from wall mart ($5)
the covering thats cheaply put on the flexable ducting is because i used white flexable duct, bad idea, i dont want the light transfering thru it , either direction. so i used the one side black/one side white plastic to shield the light, worked ok but i might changet the duct type/color .
i didnt take a picture but as to not hurt my closet with holes, i built a basic structure out of 2X2's, 2 legs at the back with a cross member, front attached to my cabinet.
lights hang on pullys and Nylon Rope from the wood structure up top. i just looped it over the wood , whene i lower or rais the structure i use one arm to remove the tension and weight and the other to tighten the rope, i have on both sides 2 long wood screws facing away from eachother. i use that to wrap the rope around to tie it down and ensure the lights dont fall.. like a sailboat thingy you wrap the rope around.. lol
there is one light at back and a removable light up front for access, its for extra underfoliage penetration with the Florescent lumens.
um.... thats about it.. its all lined with white plastic and the front sealed with same plastic and Velcro the keep light in so the cabinet stays incogneto.. day cycle is 9PM - 9AM as to reduce chance of guests around and such.. its quiet enough with some faint audio from the TV or computer will drown it out. but you can never be to carefull.
the cabinet is complete with Lock to keep my secrets secrets.
any questions im happy with
