Inconsistenies Within The Same Environment

Edit: Inconsistencies* Damnit, misspelled the title.

I am working with an indoor setup using 1k watt vented hoods. I use Canna Coco a&b as the base nutes. I supplement with 1ml per gal of rapid start and floraliscious plus throughout the plants life. I also supplement with 2 ml per gallon of CalMag+ up until around week 7. I hit em with 5-9 ml per gal of Canna's PK 13-14 when they first start forming sites, around week 2-3. In week 4 I hit em with 2 ml per gal of House and Garden's Bud XL. I hit em with 9ml per gal of PK 13-14 again for week 7-8 or 9*. My day temps stay between 70-80, most consistently 74. My night temps drop pretty low into the 50s which has resulted in bringing some purple out in the past , but not this run.

My issue is with an inconsistency in the buds size. I am running two trays. Same genetics, Sour Diesel. Same exact environment, veg time, etc. The only difference is that they are being fed by two different reservoirs. One tray's buds are filling out just fine. They are on track to be decent yielding plants. The other tray's buds are looking very larfy. These plant's buds aren't filling out anywhere near the rate of the other plants.

There were some minor difference in the reservoirs contents. I listed those below. I don't think they are significant enough to make such a dramatic difference in the bud size.
Week 2 Prospering - 910 ppm
Week 2 Suffering - 1200 ppm
Week 6 prospering - 1050 ppm
Week 6 Suffering - 900 ppm
Week 7 Prospering - 970 ppm
Week 7 Suffering - 820 ppm

Any idea what's going on? Maybe you've seen something similar. Also, the only def. I've noticed seem to be very very minor calcium def. If there is any info that I may have left out that could help diagnose the problem feel free to ask. Thanks for any help.

First three photos are of those prospering.
Last three photos are of those suffering.

Photos take at the beginning of week 7.

No opinion. I notice the same thing. Three plants, same gene, same soil, same tent, etc. I even rotate them in the tent so lighting is even.

Harvested three yesterday. Named them Stretchy, Bushy, and Peter ( the middle child). You get the idea... But if the diff is from one res to another, seems that must be the cause someehow rather than random diversity of life.

I don't think its random because of the consistency amongst the trays. Plants in one tray are all big and dense. Plants in the other tray are all larfy and stretched. Anyone else have any thoughts?
