Inconsistent growth

Hi guys.

This is my first grow attempt. I started them outdoors from day one here in sunny South Africa so they are getting around 11 hours direct sunlight. This is day 8 after sprouting. As you can see the one on the right is much smaller for some reason and this is a bit concerning. The one on the left is bubble bomb, the middle one is amnesia haze and on the right is lemon garlic og. They all sprouted on the same day. I am giving them normal tap water that I left overnight once every 3days and no nutes whatsover. The medium is just seedling soul I picked up from the local nursery. Any thoughts or advice would be welcomed.

Sprouts are FINE. Get an instrument to guage ph ballance.

yes and i agree they look fine. nothing to worry about at this point. get some garden lime to mix in with your soil when you transplant so you dont have to worry about PHing your water every time.

Thanks. Im thinking to transplant in another two to three weeks and topping them as soon as i have transplanted or will that be too soon?

should be fine as long as you dont harm the root system too bad while transplanting. might want to wait to make sure you see new growth in the plant after transplant before topping as not to stress it out too much at one time.

O here's my actual first plant, but I just chucked it in a makeshift pot and left it outside. Got it from not too good bud I bought and as soon as it sprouted I got addicted and have since read alot bout growing and hence this one I topped three days ago. Glad I have this as my training plant if I screw up it dont matter haha. Its just over 3weeks old
