Personally- The increased plant count rec from your doctor means nothing if they won't testify for you in court if you get busted. Many doctors draw the line at that as thier rep is on the line and they don't want thier doctors license getting revoked.Does anyone know what it takes to be considered for a higher plant count or if there are specific doctors that are more realistic with the amount of plants they assign to you?
haha, wtf. remind me not to go there.theres a place on alemidea and federal in denver that does it when i renewed my card they asked if i wanted to pay a extra 100 for the additional plant count
i think they said it was 90 plant count its next to vip and upstairs
winner winner!! this is one reason why plant counts are a little stupid ..... a single plant can make under an 1/8 to 15+lbs depending on styles, time and strains. where they can potentially get you anyways, is still the per patient carry/possession limits (bury the jars!!).So basically it's pretty rare and still a neverending battle and I should just veg / LST longer and end up with more monstrous plants ? OK CooL
So with that recommendation you can have more than 2 zips and grow more than 6 plants fairly safely?I'm getting it reduced to 24 that was crazy, no need for all the unwanted attention when I'm not doing anything hinky...
Actually it offers an affirmitave defense in court, if I were to get arrested I can use my increased plant limit in court to try and prove that I need that much for my issues... Federally speaking its all illegel, but with a docs recemendation I have some defense in a courtroom of my peers... I don't need 72 I was trying to estimate for 4 1 month cycles for perpetual but over estimated on the spot... So I think 24 should be just fine... Maybe....Hÿdra;9441217 said:So with that recommendation you can have more than 2 zips and grow more than 6 plants fairly safely?
Perhaps a change is gonna come... https://www.rollitup.org/california-patients/704921-big-news-coming.html#post9455685 I will stay optimistic and keep growingYou can have all you grow, so you can hold your 2 pounds at home, but not move it anywhere else. Unless the law changes again, perhaps it's time to vote another change... How about we straight up legalize it next election?
