Indicas - How Big?

I'm trying to prepare myself as best I can for a future serious grow, after I hopefully get a trial grow out of the way with bag seeds to get my feet wet. I'll be living in an apartment for college this fall and am very curious as to how big (wide and tall) your basic indica would need to grow for optimum flowering. To be more specific, if my 1st grow this summer goes well, I will probably buy some big bud x NL hybrid seeds online. How large would those plants need to get for a decent yield? Also, about how many plants can I manage at once in a small area, say just like a corner of a bedroom, without them being in the way of everyday activities? Thanks

Well you might need to get a stealth grow box if you dont want them to be intrusive. also, the yield in the plant is going to be proportional to the number of shoots you can get, ie stretching bad, adn whne you decide to flower them. so just keep in mind that plants can nearly double during flowering...

hope that helps

dude you can keep them in vegge state for as long as you can, well depending on how much space and time you have I would say for a nice yeild grow it in vegge state till its 30-50cm tall then put it in flowering 12/12 and it will nearly double and you have a good amount of herb. :joint:

more light the better...listen to these expeirenced guys man, I just added another 40 watt light to two of my plants (80+watts per sq. ft. now). And man that made it grow alot faster.

it depends on what lightsyou are using... If it is a simple cfl grow, you can flower the plant when it has 4-6 nodes and get a good harvest of 2-4 ounces... As long as yo have ghood genetics, good soil, and proper pH water, with adequate light, you will get a great harvest.. ahealthy plant always produces.. a stealth cabnet is a big investmebt.. when you can do a simple 1-3 plant grow using cfl lights from wal mart...

Dude have a look at Bubbleponics and DWC in Grow faq, If you want quick output in a small area or even better if you have a decent area you can grow more but a basic dyper bucket and lid (10litre) with two plants, and a few decent lights and your groing Hydro man,
see Roseman's posts on all that stuff he's right into it, I got a couple goin in a stealth closet grow now based on stuff from Grow Faq and its easy, just read, read, read

Really appreciate the help, guys. So with these small grow ideas that you've been throwing out there, can I rest the same plants after harvest and then put them back into flowering to get another harvest, or should I have another set vegging for a rotation? Basically; how long does it take a plant to recover from a harvest and bring it back to producing quality buds again? Thanks folks

RG,

It really depends on what you are growin in man, if you go DWC with everything done right, you could have buds in 12 weeks (Give or take), but all needs to be done right, same as if you decide on a soil grow, it will just take longer.
Good Lights, plenty of ventilation, correct feeding, Temperature are all key to how long it will take.
As far as re-veging goes if you have a separate area look into cloning some of your plants that are growing, and rotate that way, if you fuck up your first couple of plants learn what went wrong and avoid doing it with the clones.
Upright Cupboards are a good idea, if you can find one tall enough you can separate it and use the Top 3/4 as your veg/flower area and the bottom 1/4 for your clones.
Just an idea. But options are endless as far as stealth goes, Ive seen a post somewhere where a dude was growing in an upside down garbage bin, or in a speaker box, if you can get the conditions right you can grow it anywhere, just make sure you don't tell any one, because then its not stealth.
