Old thread I know, but renewing my license today and saw that caveat for the first time about indoor or outdoor, but not both at the same time! How completely ridiculous! The numbers seem to suggest otherwise to me, check out the screenshots from Health Canada’s website for the plant and allowed grams in possession calculator.
Growing outdoor alone allows you to possess roughly double what you are allowed to possess if you grow indoor and outdoor, which is roughly double what you are allowed to possess if you only grow indoor.
I can’t see any logic to this, can anyone clarify if I’m missing something? I think it strongly implies you are allowed to grow indoor and outdoor at the same time. I know they say otherwise, they literally say you can grow indoors and then move the plants outdoors, or you can grow outdoors and then move the plants indoors, but never have both of the same time. Who the hell grows outdoors and moves indoors? What would be the benefit?!?! This is what happens when the government interferes in things they know nothing about.
PS - loving the greenhouse idea to still use the sun instead of electricity and to beat this stupid rule to allow me to keep clones/mothers in the house. I do some indoor flowering for experiments, but generally raise clones or seeds indoors then put them outdoors for spring.
