Indoor Auto Op Questions

So my girlfriend decided to do an indoor grow with autos under a pool table in her basement. I wanted to get the best setup for these ones since the strand she bought has a high yield record. Basically, I'm just asking what would be the best containers to put them in, with what medium and lights, and just what is the best setup for autos indoors? I'm growing outdoors, so everything I've researched is based on normal plants, not autos. Any help will be appreciated!

With that kind of space (low and wide), you'll probably want florescent lighting, and will need to do a lot of training (or a scrog). As for growing containers, are you planning soil or hydro? I'd be interested in seeing how it works, as I've seen tall, narrow containers work, but never seen someone run a short, wide container.

Cheers and happy growing!

thats what i was thinking, my grow uses fluorescent lights from lowe's that are called grow lights. as to how much consideration for light spectrum the manufacturer made, i don't know if they're actually reliable.
