Indoor Fertz

My buddy is going to be keeping some plants in the house for about 3-4 weeks in 24oz cups before they go outside. He heard that they should also be fertilized if they are going to be in the house for that long. He plans to use Yield Master Grow for his outdoor vegging http://nutri-plus.ca/yieldmaster_en.html (the link to the site). So should he also use the same fert for his indoor cups, and if so how much? Also, how would he apply it? If this fert is no good for indoor, what fert should he use, and how much, and how should he apply it?

Thanks so much,
John

no need for nutes with a soil like that..not for arround the first month...start with a light dose of nutes after transplant to outdoors..1/4th strenth maybe
