indoor grow, first time

so im starting to grow 2 plants in 2 five gallon buckets in my basement. im running a 18 n 6 lighting time. 10p-4p. i give them nutrients every monday Dynagro foilage pro. i have 4 drain holes in each of the buckets. should i add another bucket to the other bucket to drain water into so the plants always have a water source? should i be giving more nutrients?

i have 2 100w lights on the plants as well

Soil? If so no nutes for the first couple weeks. You're going to need more light.

okay what watt fluoro should i get? and yea soil

or what light do you suggest?
