Indoor Grow Seeds

Hey All, I am new to this indoor growing so I can use a little help. I have a 4x8 grow tent with 2 600w lights, I also have a 465cfm indline fan. With all of this said I am looking for a good strain of seeds from Attitude Seed Bank. There are just too many for me to decide on which one to buy. Can anyone recommend a good strain for a beginner, that gets high yield and of course doesnt grow to tall since I am in a tent and has a decent THC level....

What do you recommend for the amount of light in the tent?

1 600 watter not 2

i was told when building my cabs to use 50watt per sqare foot as a good rule as long as you can control temps. 2 x 600watt in 8x4 gives 37.5watts per sqare foot so as long as temps are good were is 2 x 600watters to much.

also 1 x 600 in 8x4 doesn't have a big enough foot print for an even grow.

using 1 x 600w in a 3x3 at the moment. works for me.

Northern Lights and White Widow, Big Bud. Can't go wrong there. Don't get sidetracked by flavor of the month strains. I'm germinating WW and NL as we speak.

Well, I am gonna stick with the 2- 600watters then. I am using fox farms soil should I use that soil to start the seeds in as well or use something different.
