Indoor Grow Tents...

Buy a fan bigger than you think you need buying a smaller one to fit the space often results in buying twice you can't go wrong with a big fan just make sure when you set it up it pulls rather than pushes I made the mistake having it inside the grow room having it pull air through the filter to have to push it through the ducting...

So do the fan leaves fall off closer to harvest? Or is it okay to lose them and trim them off so the colas? get more light?

its fine to trim a few if they are really shading your bud but overall you want fan leaves, they do get cannibalized sometimes when the plant is hungry

Whoever said led doesn't produce dense buds never tried a good led panel imo
The new 100 watt Area 51 covers a 2x2 area perfectly wouldn't raise ur tents temp at all prolly would only need a small oscillating fan and it's only $200 still haven't heard or seen ONE bad review on Area 51
From personal experience my led grows were tighter buds and more frosty than hps runs for such a small space led would be a good way to go if ur decided on hps then a 400 watt would be great for that space but will cost same as that led panel and u will need to upgrade to an air cooled hood and get inline fan/ducting most likely

Got my 2 400 watt magnetic hps from htgsupply and made my own cool tubes from a bake a rounds And I loved them things actually so def not bashing hps if ur area was any larger I'd say a 600 but think it's too much for ur tent

Guess I should have added I never have grown in a tent lol I'm thinking about buying my first one tho I usually just section off an area with tape thumbtacks and panda film it works but is opposite of stealth in spare bedroom
I don't really have guests but maybe a tent would be a LITTLE less obvious

i think the one of the best reasons to get a tent is for odor control, but it's way cheaper to just make a wood frame to whatever dimensions you want with 2 x 2 boards and staple panda film or mylar (if you're in an area that has it) and achieve the same effects for a fraction of the cost. Jorge Cervantes has a great little video on youtube in one of his grow series showing how to make one. I find that odor elimination is just a little easier in a tent.

A lot of growers don't know that you can get everything you need for growing at Walmart. I have looked online at Walmart.com and seen you can order anything from grow tents, hydro systems, self watering pots, and cloning systems.The only thing they don't have is the proper soil. And you KNOW the prices at Wally World are cheaper than hydroponic stores hands down. Keep smoking friends!

Gotta say Im pretty happy with my Gorilla Grow tent set up! It JUST started dipping down below 30 degrees a night here, so it was just in time. I wanna thank all of my fellow Stonies here for being so kind to a Newbie to growing MJ. I've fallen desperately in love with growing MJ now and can't wait till its harvest time to start 4 new plants.

If you were going to start more, which STRAIN(s) are the most kickass? I've heard great things about Jack Herer and Pineapple Kush.
