Nice stuff here. Regarding to yield to watt ratio it depends on the chips they are using in this unit. If they are 3w chips there true wattage is about 2 watts per chip. We can determine what quality chips there are using because if the unit has 250-300 chips they must be using cheap 1 watt chips to get to the 300w figure. If they are using around 150 chips and the unit draws 300w they are using the 3 watt ( 2 true wattage ) chips. Most company's claim that 100 x 3w makes their units 300w true wattage, this is false and will be more to the 200 watt mark.
