Indoor LST, 400w grow !! feedback please

ooops forgot...dude def LST ur plant can take more than u think..theyre all the same age and the ones i tied down have triple the bud sites. easy if u just warm the stem up by bending it back anf forth little by little ull find its quit easy to bend unless ur stalk is brown then ur screwed lol its worth it man east double ur yield with a few piece or yarn..dont use anything thtll cut into ur plant only soft materials PEace

Hahah yeah Id be so devestated if I snapped the stem. I think I'll LST it when I transplant it one last time this week.

Some new pics..Idk what happen to the ones of the whole plants they never got sent to my computer :wall: oh well ill get em up tmrw..Week 5 seeing about 5-6 flower sites on the LST'ed plants and i topped the tall one because of room issues since i got all the other ones tied down tht one was growing into the light.

What do u guys think about pruning fan leaves blocking new flower sites? like on the first pic on the left..the almost brown stemmed fan leaves? shud i get those outta there if there blocking new growth?

i would def get any fan leaves out that r not in light, blocking bud sites, or arent looking healthy, my last grow i tried to see how many fan leaves you could actually remove and it was looking pretty bare but produced haha just make sure to do a few at a time and spread it out over a week if ur cutting alot, nice plants tho man looks good im sub'd :leaf:

thanks dude..sat there looking at them for an hour last night debating weither to do it or not..i cut like 2-3 off a day until they're all exposed then

id wait atleast a day inbetween cutting and just do 5-6 instead, more time to heal from their wounds and less stress when u add the new wounds, should help tho good luck!

I cut some of mine because they where yellowing and blocking light I would say

ya i didnt get to do it yet been a busy weekend but tonight im gunna chill and tend to them water,trim etc. ..ill get some pics up they got about 6in bigger :weed:

Week 5 1/2:
So i broke the top of one of my plants on accident..thts the last pic
It's going to be 88F today and i dont have my A/C hooked up yet so itll prob get in the 90s in my tent..nothing i can do about tht right now i have an A/C its just in storage..But everything is going good grew another 5-6in overall, gave them a trim took about 3-4 fans leaves off each one they were blocking new flowering points. still no sign of sex yet..hoping it show soon if i have more than 1 female ill take clones. Stay high fellas!

ya me too bro!!! i mean they go thru it when theyre outdoors right?..plan on gettin to my storage bin soon and getting all my summer shit out. :-o

exactly, ive always figured it would be better to be a little too hot then too cold when they r still young, we r just hearing finals results on that outdoor correct? or r u providing a journal for them as well, rep for the girlies too forgot the first time haha still smoking jack i couldnt finish yesterday shits heavy :bigjoint:

12.JPG heres the one i broke last night i was tryna bend it down more and it snapped..but there 4-5 new flowering point soo it might of been a good thing..but it was a nice chunk off the top :wall:

Hey there Dutchmast3r! Nice looking grow you have going on there!! I'm subbed! Don't worry too much for the broken stem... Give it a bit more vegging time and it will compensate you just as if it was topped? Have you tried Fimming instead of topping? I've done it to some of my babys and instead of 2 new colas there are 4 or more colas growing where it was 1 main shoot! Check out the pics in my journal to see the result! I'll update them soon.. It's dead easy too (I'm a new grower and it has worked so far)!
