indoor mutant

i have 2 babies in my closet only 2 weeks old jst now, under a red 300w cfl and a blue 125w cfl, soil grown with baby bio plant food. one of them is growing lovely bt the other is growing extremely rapidly and for reason has grown 3 of everything instead of the normal 2.

i am jst wondering if this is a bad thing or not, pls can anyone help?

mutant turned out to be male bt still got an unknown female going under 300 watt cfl and a double headed ak 48 under 600 hps
should be ready for xmas yay

all plants moved into new groow room, 300watt (red) and 125watt (blue) cfl 400watt hps 4 weeks left of flowering
why must they take so long lol
