Indoor/outdoor Question

Hello,
i got some "quality" seeds from a friend and im growing them right now..(indoor) they are just 1 week old but.. the problem is that i dont have space for growing them completely indoor so..
i decided to take them to a nice place i found
So.. i need to know some things..
a) how many time does the plants need to stink..( cuz the place where im growing them is too close from my parents room and right now i dont have the $ to invest in an air filter)
b) if the plant is flowering.. it stop the growing.. right?
c) if i take them outdoor whould theystart flowering cuz ill be growing then indoor at 20/4 and i want them big but i can only grow them about 30-50 cms tall) -

plants will double in height in the flowering stage. and as far as smelling...they will start to smell when you see the bud sites forming.

Well, from my experience, my parents didn't mind if I grew it. When it starts budding it usually stinks more.

Nice.. cuz im not planing to keep'em indoor till budding so that's fine
