indoor/outdoor transplant

Hey guys I was hoping I could get a little insight as to plans for growing outdoors come spring. I live in MA and last frost is usually by mid april. Im planing to start growing indoors with fluorescent/cfl lights around march 20 and transplanting outdoors after 4-5 weeks. So by mid april they will already have a big jump start. Does this mean my plants will flower by june and harvest by mid augest? If not will covering the plants from the sun for 2-3 days force a change?im growing some haze strains and fear the long flower. also im using advanced nuts .:bigjoint:

giving them 2-3 of darkness might make them switch to flower but aslong as when u move them in the sun they have sufficent amount of light hours they will change back to VEG

the plants will be in an opening in the woods. daylight lasts around 14-15 hours and they will have around 5+ hours of direct sunlight each day. even with a month head start on the season you think they wont flower till the normal time(mid july). lol if my plants veg for like 3 1/2 months wont they just become monsters?can plants even veg that long????
