Indoor yield guesstimate

Thanks, any recommendations on the light type? Soft white? Or is daylight better...I was going for 2 lbs so that would be cool. I'm about 3isb weeks into flower

On the box it will display a Kelvin scale. Look for 2700k for flower. 6500k for veg. Pretty sure it’s a warm white
