Induced Triploid?

So i have this Ice Cream Runtz. I'm pretty sure its a fem photo but regardless I had something very strange happen. I will upload pics tomorrow as I don't have a camera at the moment.

This plant has been diploid as expected for its entire life so far from seed. I broke a branch and I cloned it to turn a loss into a good thing. The new growth is throwing out 3 fan leaves instead of 2 per node. its only just rooted and has gone one node so far however I find this quite strange and I am curious if this has happened to anyone here or if anyone has any information at all on what may be happening.

as I said I will upload both the mother plant and the clone tomorrow but for now check out this ak47. weird color due to using iphone through blue glasses directly under my HPS. it looks normal to me.

okay here are pics as promised
i showed 3 spots where the mother is clearly a normal plant (di1 and di 2)
even where i topped the plant it the axial buds grew normally (di top)
you can see in the last 2 the very first node that grew after rooting has a triple node.
the last photo is a closeup of the node itself
