Infestation problems

My plants are currently 23 days old from seed, grown indoors. I've noticed a few bugs just today and have been searching this site for similar things but only found a few references to Spider mites. So far I've seen about 4 of these tiny tiny white Spiders which I assume is Spider mites?

Also, I've seen some tiny tiny little worms near the bottom of where I have the plants situated. I tried taking pictures of them but they are wayyy too small to pick up with the camera, including the little spiders. Anyone got any ideas what these two are and whether they are pests?

I've read about getting Ladybugs and putting them on the plants but just wanted to check with experienced hands before I did anything to solve this, and whether it needs solving.

Thanks in advance. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Just to mention as well, the plants are fine and haven't been damaged at all SO FAR, but I'd like to nip any potential problems in the bud (literally lol) before they occur.
