info on my project

im pretty sure this plant is a hermie and i have another one that is definatly fem. here is what i would like to do....also have a few q's...if u clone a hermie will it be hermie? i have some shultz rooting powder. i havent been succesful at all at cloning.does anyone know how to use this and could i find some instructions from anyone. i would like to use the hermie as a cloning dummy so i can be good at it and not waste plants. need some info...i will give u rep if i get some good and useful info...

You are not suppose to clone when your plants are already starting to flower. If you clone it when your plants flowering it will just want to keep flowering. When you clone you want to cut a branch at a 45 degree angle at about 3 nodes up. Then dip it in a root solution, then you want to put your clone in your soil.

Yeah if u clone a hermie you will get hermies, and yes you can clone a flowering plant, it just grows really wierd for a while as it switches back to veging.

Really I was always told not to clone a flowering plant. But maybe Ill try it see what I get for a result.

Ya the farther into flowering the longer it takes to switch back but you can do it at anytime, there are many people on here that clone flowering plants because they want to know the sex of the plant before they clone it.

first of all, my first post was yesterday morning and i recieved no responses until late that nite. this is just a project to see what happens. ou never know what u will get when u experiment. i was not for sure if the plant was a hermie or not it did only have 2 white hairs and that was it. from what everyone says it will take longer to clone when in flowering,but once again its an experiment. now does anybody know where i can find some info,preferebly pic on hermies? i did chop it up yesterday and took ten clones. they are all still alive. no drooping or nothing. they dont even look like they were cut off the plant. the plant was only in the 12/12 cycle for 2 weeks. same as my other, but there other is covered in 1 inch bud sites everywhere:clap:. anyway thanks for the help. this site rocks when you get helpful, friendly advice we are all here for the same reason,...are we not! peace:weed:

well its been a couple of days and they are still alive. i guess i did it right. i do have another Q about my fem. she is 3 weeks into flower and the fan leaves are 9. the middle leaf on the top 2 sets are rolling under and feel soft. all the other look fine any idea?
