He's a share holder and gets to listen in on shareholders conference calls occasionally. So if being an investor in a publicly traded company makes him a insider then... You can guess how he wants the mmpr to go for us.

i hope all of them read this forum and others where we air our grievances. we gave them our $$ so I believe they should be accountable. the only response Wilcox has had about the LP video was taking it down or burying it. he know he messed up in our eyes with that so I think he knows it.
Conroy-i doubt it. i don't think he cares that much. i am happy he is defending us because he has a name for it but I believe he missed the boat a few times.
Phelan-that would be a hoot! i can't see a judge going by popular belief instead of the facts in front of him...they may not be the entire picture but he can only go by what is there...unless we have a HUGE protest and that isn't happening or ot already would have.
It would be nice if someone from their camps chimed in here but i completely doubt it. look at that LP guy coming here and offering to ask questions. he's not around anymore because he couldn't handle the flood of questions. i think if Wilcox or Conroy came here the same thing would happen. some would come unglued and give a piece of their mind

we did not make that up....the lp support showed us that they have been playing both sides of the equation
with hopes of scoring the jackpot ....off....the very same patients that they are seeming to be trying to protect
in court...
how ever the whole thing plays out....we have to stop asking permission...to use mmj......
its our right....neither the gov.the courts..nor our legal team...has the right to tell you how,where ,when etc...

Why are you such an NDP shrill? I do not get how TM saying ppl should not be charged for small amounts adds up to a vote for him when JT wants to legalize? Under the TM platform, you will still get ticked for pot use, so how is that not a tax? JT will allow home grows he knows he has to.

Oh I get it, you do not want it fully legal because you want to supply the gray markets? I personally want the option to grow and go buy when I am short, Mr TM is not offering this has an option, JT is. Oh and I do not mind paying a small tax on my herb if it is going to do good things like the mmj tax in Colorado.

I wish the judge would just hurry up announce his decision already, I'm soooo tired of waiting.

No shit. I don't expect any news until after the election, unfortunately. I'm sure there is some sort of arrangement with the judges and courts. If they are expecting a mj friendly gov, the delay could avoid the costs of a SCoC trial. Just a (conspiracy) theory, I hope I'm wrong. It would be a bonus if Harpshit was handed another court defeat during the election.

Now why would they come out with an answer during summer aka nice protesting weather.... when they could tell you when it's cold out and well nobody protests when it's winter

JT voted in favour of C51. that takes away a lot of our rights....i want that gone...not fixed GONE.
i can't vote for someone who thinks it is OK to do that. i like some of his platform but that C51 takes him off my plate.
I thought I read the TM is OK and good with MMJ. i can't find it right now so maybe I it was in a dream. JT & TM have better stances on MMJ so they are both better than Harper. he HAS to go!!

Jt has never said he'll allow home grows either. Tm atleast supports mmj users rights to grow our own. And yes he's public ally said that. I'll ask again where's the jt quotes supportin home grows? Nope none out there.

he is for legalization or for rec use. as much as I'd like that, i just don't care about the rec market. i would LOVE to go back to rec use!!
i want to be able to have/grow what i need when i need it. not what i want cuz that's different.

Harper lite is for those who just don't get it. Being for legalization doesn't mean you'll be able to grow your own and not line jt's pockets. i thought i heard or read TM was in favour of home grows but i can't find it.
I never said they were actually for it...I just want to have a garden again....sigh......i am dreaming of green Christmas.....(hopefully we'll have a decision October 20!)

Last week he said it. Not that he's in favor of home grows but that harpers mmpr is a failure and needs to be removed. my guess is the mmpr and mmar are both done when he gets in. If you're sick and want to use mj to treat it they won't fund prosecuting us. The scoc was clear -we need reasonably access. Not that we need a doctors permission. Not that we need to buy it from a lp or any other gov source. Being able to grow your own or have a dg is the reasonable access the scoc was talking about. Can't wait to see the head roll inside hc. Gonna be mostly new faces in there in 3 months.

Anyone who talks about decrim from the police on down all say it will involve tickets. JT has said numerous times that he would look at the Denver Co platform has a model. In Co, you can have rec home grow (6 Plants) or med (Up to 25 I think). Also JT has nothing to do with Tweed/Bedrocan, just because ol Chuck founded it. I guess if I know Bubbleman I somehow own his bags?
