Conroy said himself that if his 4 clients don't have atleast what was under the mmar he will go for another injunction. Luckily, the current injunction is until further notice of either Manson or Phelan. ..whoever in acted it. So even after August 24th they don't specifically say the injunction is over it still stands. At that point if Conroy goes for another injunction the previous one will be varied.

No one forgets the government brought plant counts down to zero, but we all know how successful that was...they were told to try again. A ridiculously small plant limit would still be a barrier to access for some and therefore unconstitutional. That's not to say they won't try, but it will be short-lived when the courts again side with the patients. There probably should be some sort of adjustment for some plant counts, I get by with half of my 49 plant license, but 6 plants would be a joke. I think it still comes down to not allowing HC to determine dosage, and that is effectively what they are doing by limiting plants.
We have to remember its an authorization and not a prescription. I agree i can deal with my last plant count but i dont feel it will happen, this is a time i hope im wrong. if the past has taught us anything its HC can change rules in an afternoon and it takes us 4years to get a result. I dont doubt they have there ducks in a row on how to fuck us. In times like these we need to rely on our attorneys to get us a fair shake.
