"In April of 2009, Chief Garis provided evidence for a study on the state of organized crime in Canada to the Standing Committee on Justice & Human Rights. In November 2009, Chief Garis testified to the Standing Senate Committee on the topic of Bill C-15, to increase the minimum mandatory sentencing for serious drug offences." - See more at: http://www.surrey.ca/city-services/7387.aspx#sthash.uoyXEqVP.dpuf

So WTF does a fire chief have to contribute with mandatory sentencing for serious drug offences?
....Because he's from Surrey?

i would like a system that works for everyone! if you can & want to grow-you're allowed. if you someone to grow-you're allowed & if you need to use LP's-you're allowed. Let US choose instead of being forced. that's when we fight back. if they were fair in the first place, we would be talking about other stuff.....
Whoa careful. you keep talking like that and gb and dizzy are gonna get their panties in a bunch lol

In one of those Jason Wilcox interviews last week, Conroy mentioned he thought the fire chief was going to end up helping our case...unintentionally of course. He's done a good job of doing that with almost everyone so far.

Cannabis Culture @CannabisCulture
Holmquist admits (after a lot of pressing and review of facts) that yes, the Hell's Angels keychain is the only evidence of organized crime
Cannabis Culture @CannabisCulture
Vaze said "forgive me if I find that unbelievable" that Holmquist doesn't remember the outcome of police investigation in court docs
Cannabis Culture @CannabisCulture
Vaze and Holmquist discuss the necessity and timing of obtaining a warrant to investigate details of growing ops

Wtf is the mailman going to be the expert on monday?
I heard about enough of the details of how much of our tax money gets shit on than set on fire.
Is their really a mailman on Monday? You would think they would be against the MMPR, way more dangerous for them.

At this pace, bring on more of these "experts", wow, it's like they're throwing the case, they can't be that incompetent... can they?
If they are the best the Crown's got it's a slam dunk. Wtf is the fire guy gonna say when we already were told there were none? This whole thing is a farce and I'm all for a class action against HC and Harper for the money, hardship and anxiety their (admittedly) punitive mmpr has caused patients. Who cares if it's our tax dollars...I'd rather get a chunk of it instead of it going for $16 orange juice or some shit.
