How many times can Health Canada pull this kind of crap and get away with it....?
it at very least shows contempt of court....by them pulling grandstanding stunts....like the mass mail out....of med patients info...or like this .....definitely set up today.....again....trying to make something seem like its really not....
just because you say the words " compassionate pricing" for the public record....in a court of law....
does not mean, that even, one single gram of medicine was ever dispensed....to anyone.....
trust me, we all talk to plenty of people STUCK in the MMPR.....as Captive Patients, around here.....
and any of them would have taken advantage of...any incentive....that was offered....
that's how it was obvious that this....was a set up....by HC...
They did not even have the fore sight....to a least give away some free weed to make their point.....so that when they mentioned it in court.....it looked as if ,it was at least, already an entity offering up some compassion....rotfl

I can not afford my current Medical Cannabis needs under the MMPR, I can not afford 1050$ a month just for Cannabis, then like 100 more on my stomach pills. I am currently unemployed, BM prices are still decent, like 150 for a OZ of herb better then what Bedrocan is offering. If I had the ability to grow then I can for sure meet my needs. I need about 6-8 Oz a month, 1 600watter can get me my 6-8 OZ a month and a little extra just in case. Fuck the MMPR.

The only REAL reason or excuse is one they can't use in court. That would be the DEAR LEADER's religious and moral objections as well as his obligations to the corporations he is indebted to. When you get right down to it, how would a government win change ANYTHING? Patients are going to continue to grow and courts are going to continue to dismiss charges. The judges know marijuana prohibition is ending anyway....

here's a summary
DAY ONE
Court began with non-admittance to the courtroom for many patients. During previous proceedings the medical cannabis and its accoutrement were not discriminated against or denied entry. Monday February 23rd, for some reason, was different. This was the second hearing held in that room, and fourth in the building. This came as a surprise to one of the lead organizers, CinC’s Jenn Bennett.
Opening statements commenced around 9:30 and concluded roughly 45 minutes later, at which time the first individual to have submitted an affidavit was questioned extensively. This witnesses account investigated the depth and breadth of his life, cannabis experience, and injury.
“Even at $4 a gram you are looking at $4,000 a month, I can't do it, bro,” Shawn Davey interjected while being asked if he had contacted an LP (large-scale producer).
The Crown asked Mr. Davey why he could not simply eliminate cultivation, and in turn spend every penny of his disposable income (calculated by the crown at around $2,200 a month) on obtaining his medicinal Cannabis from and LP.
Aside from the cost being nearly prohibitive, Davey has no desire to obtain his medicine that way. When pressed further by the Crown, and given LPs as an only option, Mr. Davey swore to continue to grow regardless of regulation.
“My life, use it for my good, that’s me, no one else,” said Davey.
Once Davey's testimony concluded, a debate broke out as to whether or not “discovery” needed to be provided before the next witness could give evidence. Brian Alexander had cultivated alongside Mr. Davey since 2013. Ultimately Justice Phelan decided to hear what Alexander had to say.
Plans as to how to hear testimony from Tanya Beemish from her hospital room or to accept testimony from her husband for the next day was discussed and was to be finalized by morning.
DAY TWO
Attendance waned as many visitors from out of town held audience with those who saw them off to planes or out of town other ways. The afternoon session had promised an unprecedented Skype televised feed from the hospital to the courtroom, set for 2pm.When the hour arrived, Mr. John Conroy, Q.C. “By the smell of this cannabis, you can tell,” stated Hebert. While producing it themselves, Hebert and Beemish produced the same product every time, when derived from other sources it had variation.
Court adjourned early and was to set to commence again Wednesday.

we all know that's a load of crap! there are tons of studies done but they are positive for MJ so "they" say there's no studies. if Dr's pulled their heads out of the sand, they would find it as a good medicine and support it.
how can they pass out the opiates yet they take an oath to "do no harm"
