I wish Conroy would point out the obvious bullshit timing to the judge...how fkn pathetic.
i don't think they can introduce it as evidence at this point as the trial started..but I'm not a lawyer so I am guessing
Well shit, isn't that insanely coincidental then that this new CannTrust info has come to light with such impeccable timing
The only REAL reason or excuse is one they can't use in court. That would be the DEAR LEADER's religious and moral objections as well as his obligations to the corporations he is indebted to. When you get right down to it, how would a government win change ANYTHING? Patients are going to continue to grow and courts are going to continue to dismiss charges. The judges know marijuana prohibition is ending anyway....Pretty pathetic case the Government has really. I mean compared to all the valid reasons on our side you'd wonder how they don't see all this. Too many too list here.
the thing that scares me is the Feds aren't really asking our side-so far-much. is it going to boil down to the "experts" that count & the patients don't count as much??Keep going at it like we have the last 2 days and im sure we will walk away from this, winning our rights for the 2nd time.
The judge needs to tell HC "no take backsies"
But, as HC continuously claims there have been too few studies to classify cannabis as a medicine, would that not make patients the true 'experts'?the thing that scares me is the Feds aren't really asking our side-so far-much. is it going to boil down to the "experts" that count & the patients don't count as much??
curious how this unfolds
we all know that's a load of crap! there are tons of studies done but they are positive for MJ so "they" say there's no studies. if Dr's pulled their heads out of the sand, they would find it as a good medicine and support it.But, as HC continuously claims there have been too few studies to classify cannabis as a medicine, would that not make patients the true 'experts'?
