Your comment makes the assumption that this woman is actually in charge of making decisions. She is not. She is in charge of figuring out how to implement whatever decisions Harper hands down. I am also giving her some benefit of the doubt that her stupid answers are an effort to cover Harper's ass.

he must have a huge ass because she didn't cover much of it. more like she pulled his pants down

She knows that she'll be moving onin the near furture.
I dont really think she is covering Haprer.I really think she feels what she has to say means something.
People like her just can't see passed their own nose.
It's obvious that she has a big one. :)
