Ha, good day for Canadians, unless you're a conservative or Health Canada

Ambrose is showing her true colours, I don't think even those who would oppose MJ would agree with her unbelievably ignorant response.

Feeling pretty good about the Phelan decision, fingers crossed. Not that I personally care much but I'm so glad for those who aren't in a position to defy these ridiculous laws.

i liked how she said that HC rules and a court has put in something that isn't researched etc...
kids can go buy these edibles....how does she think they will be able to buy them? they are legal for PATIENTS.

well i just got back from filing my crap to the SCoC...now let' see what happens.
this is the one where we had to prove we CAN file an appeal...then we'll file the appeal. what a shit show!
very different from filing yet again...
Goldstars-easy...all done online
appeal for back dates and to allow changes-made way too many trips to copier place. should have read instructions first!
reply to that appeal-I ws ready with my 5 copies..that was easy.
today-filing appeal to appeal (haha)...went to Dept of Justice, gave them a copy but because it's a Supreme Court thing, they don't accept service. they accept "receipt" (whatever that means) and then off to post office to overnight the copies with $75 fee to file that...ouch! (in the kit for others to file, if you are broke I am but they don't look at "other expenses" as expenses-there's a request to waive the $75 fee so that is good!
fingers crossed..I believe that next week i will hear if I have standing to file the appeal.

Her answers are driven by emotion and pre conceived hate for MJ....No knowledge involved in her response.
Just a blah blah I don't like weed mentality. Imagine someone put her in that position of authority...
