anyone else have a say in this as to who's who and why? From what I understand there are two types of left outs.
The people that had mmar Lic prior to the cut off date that need changes made to their paperwork for any reason. Location amounts etc. there was a patient that fit that criteria originally included in the allard group but said patient was dropped to make it an easier case for the lawyers to win for the others.
Then there's those of us that we're completely left out and fucked into the mmpr because our sickness didn't happen before the cut off date or dr's wouldn't sign until then.
If an mmpr patient were included into the discussion perhap everyone would have the same rights. The way it should be.
Just my two cents
Being cut off for the fact that you did not have a license yet and were trying sucks but...they had to draw their line...HOPING !!!
Hoping and assuming that the injunction would not continue (he is the judge) and that he would not be responsible for the outcome. Plus we have new rules in the near future.
I understand Conroy not including these people but rather fighting for them indirectly.. if he wins we all win...
Being left out and fucked into the MMPR...???
If people didn't have a license on that final date..That's not left out
If people had a license and gave in to the MMPR . I can see Conroy not fighting directly for them either but rather all for one and one for all, using the ones he can fight easily with. Just my thought..
I know people who knew they had to get renewed before a certain date and they got changes made as well.
I forget now but if you were licensed..you were being told to stop but had options to fight as well.
The ones who renewed and continued like nothing was wrong got the injunction.
The ones who stopped because they were told to!.. WERE SCREWED!!!!!
As Dispensaries are being told now. Even the police are realizing that going after sick people isn't going to work...
So.. the fight is about patients who had the right to grow and were set up and growing at the time...as there was a time set.
