Gotta say: if you want a quiet fan
don't buy a growbright fan from htgsupply. I got their 170cfm 4" fan + filter combo and it sounds like the bathroom fan from hell--it is powerful though! I've read that buying a fan speed controller will probably do you the most good as far as noise goes (with a few drawbacks such as possible humming and reduced fan life)--this is what I plan on doing when I get the money. You also have other options such as blocking off some of the air, putting a filter on it, or building a muffler.
I don't know of any high cfm fans that aren't annoyingly loud without having some modification. Are you sure you need something that big? Maybe you could get away with running high power CPU fans with a 4-pin-to-AC adapter.
btw I heard sunleaves makes some good inline fans, but haven't tried 'em yet so I can't vouch personally. They do look nice, though. Their fans are made from plastic so they are lighter than the steel growbright monster I have sitting in my closet.

Hope this helps!
