I have dealt with Russets and I've seen a few.. but I started with a regime of Green Cleaner.. Then a week later put three sachets of Andersoni predators in each plant.. we've had a heat wave of 95-105 degrees for the past week or so, so I did two heat treatments last week in the greenhouse.. Got the greenhouse up to 115-120 for 60+ minutes each time, since Saturday I've done two Sulphar spray treatments!
I can't see a living Russet on any plants ( but I know they'll return) but I still have this leave curl (bananaing)
It's still hotter than shit here.. 102 today.
Can this be heat stress? Or maybe potassium deficiency?
Other than this new growth the plant is nice and green and healthy looking

Pure neem oil 1/2 to 1 oz per gallon of warm water with a teaspoon of liquid dish soap. That mixture applied on ALL leaf surfaces will take care of the problem. The only way to really treat any kind of mite effectively is to coat the underside of the leaves thoroughly. Then soak the hell out of the tops and new growth tips where any leaves are curled especially. Do this twice a week and you will see a difference. Keep on those little devils and you could save your plant(s)

Good luck
