Intake air question from a newbie - cooling my tent down

So I have my new Spider Farm SF1000 grow tent set up. The issue is the only space in the house that is reasonable to grow is my attic. Living in Virginia we get really hot and humid summer weather. The attic can easily hit 110 degrees. However, I have a return vent in my second floor ceiling that is currently blocked and not being utilized by the HVAC system. My question is realistically could I tap into that return vent from the attic and with an in-line fan draw the house air conditioned air in to cool down my tent to a realistic temp. I will be setting my light to run as much as possible during the coolest part of the day. Pictures for reference.

I tapped into my house ac at my last spot and it worked great. I exhausted my heat into a cold air return that got sucked right into the AC unit to get conditioned. There was a cold air vent I always wanted to tap into pump cool air right into my room as well, but it was a rented spot and I already had a questionable wall in the basement I had to hide a few times.

nice! Yea I rent as well as don’t want to do anything too invasive. Figured I may have got lucky with that open unused return vent to cool down my tent.

Update. I ended up tapping straight into my ac duct. Tent is staying around 80 degrees in the attic during the hottest part of the day, and holding steady at about 72 otherwise. This morning I went and checked on my plants and one little guy has popped his head out of the soil on day 3.

What precharged soil are you using? I see a green ball there in the pic and I'm curious ...
How lage is the container the seedling is growing in?

I’m using natures living super soil with Harvest Organics organic soil in 3 gallon smart pots. Put the seedling straight into the 3 gallon because I am growing an auto GDP. Didn’t want to transplant it.
