intake during winter months

Hello everybody! I am about to start another grow but its the first time i will be growing in the winter ( I live in Canada) I am worried about my intake being that it is so cold outside i am worried about the cold that i bring in from outside damaging my babies! Any suggestions of what i can do?

Im pretty interested in this aswell.. because of it being like -20 celsius outside (-4 F) , Its not very practical to take that cold ass air and blow it on the plants.

use a space heater that has a temp setting. I have a small one that I keep on 70 degrees and it works fine.

ya but theres still that extremely cold air being brought into the room, wouldnt that shock the plants? even if the space heater is warming the room up, wouldnt that first feel of cold ass air shock em?

I wonder if theres some sort of inline heater where u can hook it in the middle of ur ducting to heat the air as it goes through before it gets to the room?

Thanks boneman! Another question the room im using has no window the intake will not constantly be on but is set up so that i will have to have the door open while im running it, will having the door open and exposing my babies to the air from the rest of the house have any negative effect? Door will be left open for 14minutes at a time

yeah make a box... then have intake go in it... and have the heater in there... then suck the air to the tent.... IM guessing its what you meant...

ah ya that would work i think. You would most likely need 2 fans to do that tho, one at the start of the ducting to push the cold air to the heater, then one right after the heater sucking in the warmer air and pushing it to the room.

Make a box...put a 20$ walmart heater in it..
