okay learnt something new already but it didn't Hermie until i stressed it so is this an indicator of anything good?

Only 1 way to find out if there gonna herm or not.

Plant them and keep a close eye.

Or just buy good genetics.

You say your a first time grower, so first... have you checked your grow area for any kind of light leaks?, any hot spots? Have you been over doin the nutes during feeding??
Most of the time hermies will come from some kind of fault to your set up or an error you've made in most cases, then again some strains are more prone than others are but like I said already most of the time it's cos of "growers error".
What you need to do is ID the problem asap, fix it and you should not encounter anymore hermies again unless they're either strain genetic or you made another grave phuck up. Your just starting out though and things like this are bound to happen at some point in growing, it's to be expected when your learning the art.

More or less, yes the seeds will be feminised but imo will be highly unstable as far as being any good for growing out.
