I'd try an OTC sleep aid. I've never had this problem. Stay hydrated, eat right, get some exercise even if you don't feel like it. A walk helps clear and calm the mind. Best of luck.
I'm not sure sleep is much of an issue. But what does work for anyone that quits anything is taking a low dose of ibuprofen a day (or maybe even cbd). I think that helps a lot and i did it the first three days.

a lot of people do push mongo when they skate switch though for some odd reason..
I ride regular. I am super technical so I watched every youtube video I could find on beginning skateboarding. Also, I do practice switch sometimes. The odd reason for mongo switch is because they're not really learning to ride switch, they're still pushing with their regular stance or something like that...

My old ass never got good at it either.
I'm way better at riding switch on a snowboard though. Way more comfortable than i ever was on a skateboard
Well skateboarding is way more difficult than snowboarding and surfing.

Anyway night four for some reason I was super thirsty. I wonder why? But before I could sleep I had to drink almost 32 ounces of water. I would get 8 ounces and still feel thirsty. I think I woke up at one point with some sweat. And when I was falling asleep it kinda seemed like I was already starting to dream. But I don't really remember having any dreams last night and these are all the symptoms. Surprisingly I haven't had any urges to smoke since I quit.
