just because 80cri has higher PAR numbers doesnt mean plants will respond more strongly to it
how do you feel about mixed systems? For example:

1 2 1
2 2 2
2 2 2
1 2 1

Where 1s are 80s directly above plants and 2s are 90s. More blue spectrum directly over for veg/more red as plant spreads for flower.

Is there a 90deg reflector designed specifically for the CLU058? Or is the modified one that came with my CLU058-1825 light engine from CobKits the only solution? I'm not sure what p/n is it anyway, it's not written on it and I don't see it on the site either.

thats an ledil angelina 13838, same as the ones for clu048,cxb3590, and vero29

if its hard mounted you see is a tight fit but easy mod, you jsut need to releive the reflector where the solder joints are and drill holes for mounting. that same reflector can also be mated to a cxb ideal adapter or vero 29 adapter but it create a "step" like a cylindrical well that the chip sits down in if that makes sense. of the latter 2 options the vero is better but its A LOT of dremeling. the holder gets dremeled out to the diameter of the LES and then the whole holder gets planed on the bottom. advantage being removable reflector. i dont think im making any more of those until i see if i can do it with the cnc mill

thanks, not being a smartass. if anything it would be hard to see a difference with the 80 cri in the corner as corners typically have different light, temp, and airflow than the middle of a room, so there would be a number of variables going on

Yup its all good man, i know so many morons and trolls make ppl have their defensive up. Im quickly learning for every 1 legit reply around here you get 4 straight trolls and 3 ppl who in their head are trying to help but just muddy the waters with verbal diarhea. lol.

^ that reminds me of the count from sesame street

seven - seven bong rips muahhahahahaha!
Yes, one for each troll and verbal diarrhea. It can be a fun game to post a question you know is going to turn into a retarded argument where fools try and flaunt the size of their e-penis and turn it into a bong ripping game, lol.

Hey cobby, how hot is the 36v driver I bought from you supposed it run? It's hot and I just want to know if that's normal

These ideal connectors work AWESOME for my copper wiring.

However, the aluminum stranded that come off the meanwell drivers, don't want to push in. Will the Wago connectors work better for this? They're hard to find locally but I can order.

My solder gun won't get hot enough to solder this. It's a cheap old one. It's a 30w Craftsman 113.540410

solid works best for the holders. the tinned leads off the drivers is less than ideal (no pun intended). a 2 pole wago or even a wire nut with a short solid lead will be fine

which driver? 185-36A?

all of them are rated for full life at 70C. if you can keep your hand on it its less than 70C. airflow never hurts electronics tho

So it's okay to use a 3 pole wago to connect the aluminum stranded leads of the 2 meanwell driver to a copper stranded extension cord?
