iPower or Apollo Lights...Which one is better?

I've decided to get a 400 watt dimmable HID light for a veg setup, and possibly other uses. Does anybody have experience with either of these companies, Apollo or iPower. On their websites, they both say that they are based in California. It is very hard to believe that the lights themselves are made in California, more likely China or India. But let me know what yall know, please!!!

I just got the ipower 400watt dim from htg ebay and i like i..its my first hid but the ballast runs really cool i keep it in the enclosed area below my grow and it stays cool on high

Been using the i power 400 watts, affordable, doesn't get hot, and quiet, been running over a month and half, no problems.

I run a 1000 watt digital switchable ballast from ipower, i blew up the bulb on accident lol called ipower talked to the company on the phone told them i needed another recieved it in like three days for free no hassle at all really easy thats really why i choose them plus their reasonable on ebay. I have had no problems i run a little fan infront of my ballast and it stays really cool and its quiet. I have almost finished up my grow with this setup now been running about three months.

ordered ipower 400w dimmable mh/hps set, got a 600w for some reason lol.
one of the mh bulbs was broken and i contacted them and got another one sent in 2-3 days.

so far works great running at 300w... and ipower has great support.
also the ballast has nice features.. such as waiting 2 mins before turning on again (brownout, etc)
