Iranian Autoflower Improved

the only way Doc would sell me these seeds was for me to promise I'd post some photos from time to time, so here goes.

I got 33 seeds
The ones in the 4 inch pots were started May 8 . One is going into a 5 gallon pot and put on my deck, the other 2 are going to a couple of friends.

The other 25 were started May 14 and are going to my friends farm to planted in the ground. Doc says the "improved" Iranian yields 20% more, has better bag appeal, taste and smell while having the same great potency and finish time, any time after July 1st or 90 days start to finish. I'll update from time to time

sort of dropped the ball on this one. planted all the ones started May 14 in the ground only to have someone dig them up roots and all and move them somewhere.

2 of 3 started May 8 went to friends, so all I have left is one Iranian improved in a 3 gallon pot. Today is July 15, so this is day 68 from starting the seed. the smell wonderful and they are sticky to the touch so I'm thinking they have about two weeks left so I think they'll be in before 90 days is up, maybe 82 days. Wish I had started earlier and wish I'd used a 5 gallon pot

Can these be kept in veg under 24 hour light like the old ones? Is this what you get when you order the Iranian autos now?

i see im not the only one the doc is good to. i dont think they are available yet. starting some of mine now.

i hope they have the same traits as the original iaf. the beans are completely different looking. original are small and black.. improved are larger tan with black stripes. hope they are as clonable as original . peace out.

I've grown Iranian autos several times now and this new one is as advertised so far. A bit earlier as it looks like i might harvest at day 80 instead of 90. Higher flower to leaf ratio, heavier side branches and it smells better to me.

Does doc greenthumb ship to the US?

i was talking to the doc and he tells me they are the same except one week earlier and twenty percent better yield, peace out

looking back doing my research for the upcoming year and damn those plants look amazing. In the Midwest myself and look forward to running quite a few of those next season!!

did you harvest yet and if so what was the total yield and dried weight? I'm curious because I am looking into running these as a mid summer buffer crop for my fall harvest and am trying to get an idea of what I would yield and in what sort of total time frame of growth. Thanks
