Ireland - Outdoor Grow

hey everybody, im living in the south of Ireland and im planning on doing an outdoor grow this summer, just back from a walk in the woods and i found a good location its a bit close to the track but its up a lot higher through bad ground, u would not go up there unless u had a good reason!Have 10 top 44 seeds and have ordered 5 Maldina #1 any one else here done a grow in Ireland? Any advice

I'm an american and I have always heard that it is very wet in Ireland, is your outdoor spot in one of the more dry areas? The reason I ask is because I was under the impression that marijuana doesn't like a very moist environment.

Also, I'm curious, do they have laws in Ireland for or against Mary Jane?

hey scarlette thanks for the welcome, yes Ireland is very wet during winter, summers are pretty good some of the time temps 18-22 for 3 months, iv been lookin at strains that say they are for northern climates that are mould resistant. they say mary will grow anywhere that corn will and we got lots of corn.. The spot i saw 2 day is good its is covered from the sides but not 2 close getting the 11 to 4-5 sun i would think, the soil in in summer would be dry but doesnt matter as ill use bio bizz soil mix wit the nutes and good dranage.. Ya weed is illegal here, not a big deal made unless u are caught with a lot for sale or supply.

what kind of grow u got goin yourself?

oh i just noticed it there........very nice indeed:joint:
people in Ireland who grow their own weed should get medals, the shit u have to buy here is terrible, the hash soapbar
would be 10% resin the rest whatever to fill it out.. most of the weed is not great either usually all the bad weed in europe goes
to Ireland cause we would smoke anything, they add glass and sand to get the weight up aswell!!!!!!
Cant wait to be smokin some of my own good stuff

Wow, so it's only wet in the winter. Well you learn something new everyday. What about snakes? I heard there aren't any in Ireland, if that is true, then I just might become a permanent resident lol. Snakes are deadly. You have really put thought into this. Good show! My grow is in my signature ^_^ take a look.:peace:

ah well we do get a bit of rain all year but not 2 bad, no snakes here at all, we are told st patrick got rid of them all by himself! what a man.. come over and visit anytime ill show u the lepracorn's... saucy lil bastards, i hope they dont eat my weed!
your pics look amazing! Cant beat smokin your own stuff id say

ya its peace of mind in the woods, but ye have way better growing conditions and more places to do it.. i want to move to austraillia and grow in the bush!:peace:

never hard of mulligan stew.. We love our rabbit stew with potatoes here ummm! my mammy is out checkin the traps now.. how much money would u make in a country that its legal in?? do a big guerilla grow in aus then you will make the $$$, do u want to join my team

Hello fello UKer.

Im in taffy land myself.
I notice people in Ireland last year seemed to have good results with the outdoor purple variety's. Purple power.
I myself have some of my own F1 hacks C99xMorrocan, Cheese x Moroccan That as a fast flowering time. I got some indoors early 7 week and out end sept/nov.
I can advise you on many variety's that may work but many more that may turn into mold.

This year Ive seen T44 double in sales since last summer. Theirs a cracking T44xSkunk available from seedsman

Durban skunk (seedsman) and Early Skunk (Mr Nice)
Im also gonna have a bash on Mighty Mite


In the bush you say? I would rather grow and breed in Holland ^_^

Oh tell me about it. Living here all my life, only for my da I wouldn't have a clue what real hash is! Thats all that can be got. Well, there does be a bit of tweed floating around but very expensive. They only time we get any is a trip to Holland, or a mate brings back something nice from the U.K.

Its very sad... :cry:
