IrishNig420's 2010 Indoor Grow

I everyone, welcome to my grow. Ok so as of right now I have ten clones in a Fill and Drain hydroponic system. I Plan on adding some more plants would like to see what some of you think as to how many to add to still have an adequate enough space. This is my first medium sized grow. I would take care of some plants and friend of mine had at his house they were white widow and a couple autoflowering strains and turned out pretty nice. So I'm not really a newb even tho i only have like 5 post right now i've had the account since december and had made my first one here (but forgot the password) around a year ago and have learned alot from growers on this site. I'm open to all suggestions and help. Also I don't want a bunch of people bringing shit to the thread. I know most the people on here are chill but there are some who like starting shit, so hopefully we won't have any of that. I will be giving the details and pics of the grow soon. Hope U Enjoy

Looks Good, I'm in for the show...

Ok so these pictures were taken today. To any experienced growers who have already developed an eye for this can you tell me what is causing the slight yellowing of some plants and why the bubba kush is wilting like that for the first week the nutrients they had was Dutch master grow A&B at about 750 ppm and i flushed yesterday and now it has 540 ppm of advanced nutes sensi grow A&B. The Sour Diesel seem to be doing fine aside from some slight yellowing on the tips of the leaves. the Sour Kush Is also doing nice but looks as it may have a deficiency of some sort not quite sure but they are growing diligently. (Again the six plants without the white strain label are all sour diesel.) The best SD is the one i took the side shot of so you could see how thick that little stem is.

HAHA. when ordering nutes i guess their was a slip up of some sort and they sent me two pairs of Dutch Master Grow A&B 5L. About 150 - 160 dollars worth. It's weird tho its not like they gave me extra of what i ordered all i ordered was Advanced Nutes? Whateva's

I was wondering how many plants do you think i could fit in the grow room 8x8x6.5? I had planned on starting 6 or 7 seeds and 4 or 5 auto ak47 seeds i have. I was gonna veg the clones for how ever long til the autos r done and use techniques such as lst, suppercropping and top once or twice and tie down the plants from seed. I posted pics of the gro room and a group shot of the clones and group shot of the 5 1/2 growbags (one of the six bags in the room is half full becuz i was too lazy to open up another bag of soil but it will be filled.) so you could get an idea of how much room i have and how much has already been taken up. I think I'll have enough room at the most i'd add 6 or 7 bags to whats already in there cuz 6 bags are already in there i just need to put the seed. All input will be appreciated.

The Bubba kush and Bluberry Showtime seem to have stopped a having a nute burn problem since i switched nutes and the emptied and refilled the resovoir. Not saying that Dutch Master nutes hurt the plants cuz the other ones did fine and i noticed growth from when i first got the clones i think that it just being my first time adding nutes to a hydro system and i put a lil too much. just have to wait and see if those 2 continue to thrive i guess.

Yeah I was surprised when I first added my nutes to my dwc system... I followed the measurements, but I guess I used "heaping" teaspoons vs regular teaspoons and I overshot my PPM by like 300... haha so it can be very tedious to get it right...

and my bubba kush is happy as far as I know and it still has somewhat of a "wilt"/saggy look... Im not sure why, at first I knew it was because the base of the plant was being submerged but now im just wondering if they do that in the beginning...

possibly but yours looks real nice mine is having leaves wilt and turn and one leaf had nute burn so i'm the nutes had to do with somethin but urs doesn't look droopy in a bad way. Also I'm not sure but i know bubba kush has the genetics in it to turn purple do you know when this actually happens. I thought at least like to months in veg but i just realized today that there maybe a lil bit of purple coming around the outer edge of two of the bottom leaves, at least i think it is. You can try to see it in the last pic post i had wit the blueberry and bubba. I'll wait to see if it becomes more purple and try n get a better pic of it.

ok so i have raised the lights a lil becuz i believe that is what contributed to my yellowing tips. they have continued to grow with no signs of stress, and no signs of slowing down. One of the Sour Diesel looks extremely good out of the rest, not knockin the other ones just really liking this one. very good on the short internodal length. The 2 Sour Kush clones are the tallest and there almost the same size. really anticipating the sour kush, just sounds like a perfect cross and to see them growing real well makes me even happier. The Bubba Kush is still laggin abit some days it looks like it has had some progress then the next day it looks a lil droopy again. The Blueberry Showtime has return from whatever seemed to slow it down a bit last week but are looking alot better as shown by the fan leaves.

Thanks not to toot my own horn but i think it's pretty good for sort of my first one. first one alone (except for the members at RIU)

Oh yeah, after having 5 Fem Auto AK-47 germinating using the damp towel between two plates method for a day and half i planted them in the 5 grow bags filled with Happy Frog soil. I know for sure that two of them have already germinated the root tail was still in the seed but i could see it cuz the seed had split. they are feminized so seperating males won't be a prob. I also plan on adding 5 maybe 6 more grow bags and planting different strains that i'll have flower with the clones and one to possibly go outside with my Bubba Kush. Depending on how big the clones get during veg i have planned to place a 4x2 grow tent with 2 150 watt hps next to the current tent to let the autos gro so i can flower the clones before they get 2 big, but i also plan on applying some sort of supper cropping technique on the clones to keep them low. I'm not sure if 300 watt hps is small for 5 auto aks but it will have had a 1000 watt directly over them and 2000 watt of surrounding light for most of there lives and if i have to i will throw ten or 15 24 watt cfls in there, maybe possibly put a T5 8 tube in there after the autos are done and use it for cloning? I will use 2 booster fans to duct the 2 grow rooms together to keep the enviroment the same. If anyone has any suggestions or anything to add to the ideas i've stated here i'm open 2 all suggestions. Also in particular I'm interested if anyone could tell me what 2 do or give me tips on how to supercrop my plants. I could maybe lst some of the top and FIM another or just tie down 1 or 2 of em. would really like suggestions on that one. Thanks

two of the 5 autoflowering ak's popped up. not sure as to how to apply nutes during the short veg cycle. I did put nitrogen based mexican bat guano around the top of the soil deep enough to where when the plant is around 2 3 weeks old thats where the root area will be so it can utilize the nutes during its short veg. at week 3 i may give a highly dilluted solution of AN Micro. Sensi Bloom 2pt 4 flower. The clones are doing good and the Blueberry Showtime is doing much better. One peice of bad news is that The Bubba Kush had a few spider mites. took that mother fucka out docktor doomed it's ass, docktor doomed the room and will continue 2 as well every other day for the next to weeks. I will spray moderately because none of the other plants have mites. thoroughly checked stems and under leaves. a early sign were the tan spot spread across some of the leaves. I will continue 2 keep a extremely cautious eye on the grow but they have been growing great aside from that mishap. I believe the reason the plant was attacked was because it was weak. that one and the Blueberry Showtime were the only ones with any problem and that was a heat prob caused by the light being 2 close. being slightly new 2 this i thought it was a nute deficiency. saw the tips of the other plants that were doing good slight brown so i rose the light and fixed that prob but the mites must have got it during the time i thought it was nute burn. Anyway put the bubba in a bucket like the one it was already in filled it with happy frog and transplanted and now its out side ready 2 flower. hopefuly i can get a lil sumthin from it. Also used some lst technique on one of the Sour Kush bent the stem down so if it heals it'll grow horizontally

Ok i've bent the main stalk of the second sour kush after seeing how well it just popped right back up and the tops turn up towards the light. Also did it with one of the Sour D. 4 out of 6 of the Auto Ak47 have popped up. Also added a few more strains. World of Seeds ChronicxHaze and Strawberry Blue, Seedsman White Widow, Barney's Farms Blueberry Cheese and G13 Haze, and TH Seeds MK-Ultra. 4 of are in Happy Frog in 3.5 gallon buckets. The Strawberry Blue and Chronic Haze are in 8 gallon and 7 gallon containers. Not Sure which is in which cuz that company (World of Seeds) delivers there seeds in plastic viles that slide in and out of a cardboard container that the label is on and i took them out of that. Haven't posted pics in a week so I'll do that later today.
