Hi haven’t grown for years now I’m back because it legal in my state. This is my first coco grow. I’m looking to drip irrigate my setup because of I work a lot and by the time I come home pots are dry. Any one have any recommendations on a drip irrigation setup or walk me through how to setup one up? Pump size, dripper gph? Been hand watering and haven’t had a problem but plants bigger and asking for more watering. Plants are in 1gallon pot gonna transfer to 3g pot with 75coco/ 25 perlite IMG_3733.jpeg

I use flexitank reservoirs and vote floraflex all the way for that kind of plant count if you want to less likely run into any plumbing expertese related issues.

Orbit works but I need to use double the strength pump for those. The less plant count the better.

Flora flex setup is a well oiled machine. Just dont load the pots passed the first lip of the pot on the top. Basically leave a crap ton of space if using a one gallon like I do. It easily overfills but a bigger pot probably wont.

Yea I had people here walk me through mine until I really got the hang of it its super easy.

Feeding once a day by hand will work if you transplant to a bigger pot.
Thanks for answering. Transplanting them sometime this week into 3g pot. Might sound like stupid question but should I soak coco with same ec I’m feeding now wait couple days then transplant or can I just transplant and then water down plant? Also I’m going on vacation for 5 days so I ended pulling trigger on floreflex drip watering setup with drainage trays. Waiting for them to come in the mail. They exploded in growth this past couple days. I have one runt plant top right. do you guys think I should keep it or toss it? IMG_3759.jpeg

Depends if the coco is buffered or possibly cheaper unbuffered. Nutrient soak will help if not buffered.
I use the Floraflex rocket drippers on thin drip pipe running from a central manifold. You can run from a pump or a raised reservoir with a timer.

Yea I buy buffered coco just picked up floraflex setup and upgraded to bigger tent 4x8. Gonna set it up tonight. Just have to figure out how long to keep timer running. How many times do you water per day? IMG_3800.jpeg
