Is 25% humity and 82F temps OK for Flowering?

Heat is on the high side for a non-sealed room and the humidity is on the low side. You could be doing worse but you could be doing better. I'd take a look at the concept of "vapor pressure deficit" (on this site, icmag.com, or other quality sources of information) as that will tell you quite a lot about how to dial in the ideal environment.

Thanks, the cold outside has dropped the humidity inside. Usually runs 45 to 55% humidity with same inside temps. Will look into it..

If you go the humidifier route, try to get a higher quality one that is not the cheap wick type, and make sure that you also get a timer so you don't burn it out. Don't run the humidifier during lights off. If you get a controller of some sort you can hook up the humidifier to other environmental controls (fan, etc.) and have it set to automatically kick on the humidifier when it drops below a certain RH.

A solo cup full of water is not an effective solution to raise humidity consistently.

How much is your RH raising consistently over a defined period of time with a 16 oz cup of water in the corner of an unsealed tent? I'm sorry but that's just not an effective solution for the long term if you are sitting at 25% humidity and want to get closer to twice that.

grow in bigger pots, if you use MH/HPS try switching for LEDs, your temps will be lower and RH higher. simple aint it

Im probably wrong, but if you're at good temps, I've heard the plants like low Rh. Well they don't like it, but we like what happens to them. Some bull about terpines?

now you can flower with those low water levels . problem you will get . the plant will go into desert mode . I don't want to go into a bunch of technical info. the plant things its starving for water . it makes smaller fruit . the fruit will not open up to let the co2 so in. small buds . with a humidity about 35 its a bit better about 45 even better . I don't go over 50 . I don't chance mold. my personal opinion .

It has not been a consistent 25% humidity but it is usually in this range with lights on.(600hps vented hood hot air going outside) it's 77f and 30h now with lights on now.

low rh has a pretty big effect on internal processes. hence why some nutes you arent likely to be deficient in, will show with it...like say boron.
the waxy coating on leaves will also thicken. which is a problem for hash makers and slows transpiration causing other issues
and more.. im not saying its a huge deal. but it has an affect like everything else. but most people aren't trying to get the best possible.. just good enough

Get a cool mist humidifier. RH should be no less than 40% until the last few weeks of flower when lowering it can help hasten maturity. Then as low as 15% is OK.

Should be just fine. Even if you raise the humidity 20% or so and drop the temps a few degrees I doubt you would see any discernible difference.
