Res temps have been running near 75 when I wake up in the morning even with water bottle In rez?? I always put about 50ml of 3% Hydrogen peroxide when I mix my 4 gallons up. I want to know if aquashield and the Hydrogen peroxide will work better together or its a waste ????
Is 3% peroxide and aquashield counter productive in hydro dwc ???

Hey superstoner... What's better 3% peroxide or the aquashield ???? The 3% peroxide has been working fine. I add about 50 ml to my 4gallon rez. I have the aquashield sitting around its about to expire in a little.

I think I can probably speak for most of us and say that Aquashield is the better choice. Hydrogen Peroxide adds more oxygen because the compound breaks down into one water molecule and one oxygen atom, but that's basically the extent of its effects. Aquashield stimulates vigorous root growth, contains beneficial microbes I believe, etc. I've used Aquashield now for a while and it's managed to clear up SEVERE root disease problems and reservoir problems.

I would take aquashield and pondzyme any day over bleach or h2o2.
