Is 45 Degrees to cold?

Tonight its supposed to be 45 F throughout the hole night is that to cold? The seed has not sprouted yet i just put the germinated seed in soil today.

way too cold. im not saying they wont sprout, but its better to put them somewhere warm just to be safe. seeds have sprouted in the cold, but seeds have also been lost in the cold. so i would be safe if they are good seeds.
