Is Absolute Humidity More Important Than Relative Humidity?

Negative pressure is only related to smell, if smell isn't an issue you've nothing to worry about, if smell is a problem and leaking out you might want to close an inlet down a bit.
IMHO 29c is a bit hot, are you taking the temperature near the light?
Ok noted @ negative pressure.

my gauge is underneath my lights next to my plants - I figured that's what the leaves are going to feel so I keep it there.

Do you really think 29C is too hot? I see a lot of people throwing around 20 C- 25 C as optimal temps these days.

When I read this paper it seemed as if 25 C to 30 C were Ideal with 30 C being the most ideal.

Leaves aren't so directly affected by humidity under the light, the light increases the ablity of water molecules to leave the leaf. It's not what the leaf feels only the air the leaf feels you need or you will end up with that light energy and nowhere does humidities scale say light measure.

Scales are important to follow, humidity isn't measured in the light and air will always accept water molecules as it's easily displaced, the scale for a water molecule to leave a surface is not solely driven by humidity as we see above.

Hey BBQ Toast, thanks for the answer.

So If I understand you correctly, the humidity/temp of the air around the top leaves of the plant (closest to the lights) does not matter as much as the air that circulates throughout the entire grow room. This is because the air above the leaves is affected by the constant release of moisture from the leaves. Therefore, the leaves only feel the air that is being circulated throughout the room?

29 is perfect.
