is brighter better

i have a 7 watt 200 lumens LED white light...and a 150 watt CFL..which is better...
the LED looks brighter...any help

looks brighter means more lumens. Unfortunately your plants have no eyes so they don't see lumens. What matters is useable light. Plants cant see light in the green/yellow spectrum so really the spectrum is very important. So we would need more info to accurately answer your question.

use them both?

its a GE 7 watt Par20 'bulb' with 3 "warm" high power LEDs ..is any good or is it shit..should just use the cfl
