Is is time to harvest?

The bottom colas seem to be ready, if not even too late.

Should i harvest it now?

nope, the hairs havent started to turn red yet, some people will tell you to look at the hairs, wait till there about 80 percent red which works well the first time you grow, but if you can get a mircroscope thing from radioshack, check out your trichs(crystals) and see if most of them have amber colors in them and when there 80
percent amber, itll be some good smoke

*the bottom nugz hairs always turn first, they get less light and make less calyxs unlike the colas

The bottom ones are already 80% red, the top cola isnt, but its brownish and 30% red.


Wont the bottom colas get useless later, if they're already mature?

And the red ones got REALLY thin...

is it auto-flower?

at least another week or two. You don't have to harvest all at once you know, if you really think a bud is done (I'd leave the lower ones longer too) you can chop off just those buds and hang em to dry

Can i chop the bottom ones, then?

They are all red, theres only a few hairs that are not red.

yeah looks like u juss start flowering wait till ur buds cover the hairs and lol juss wait man ur getting to anxious the longer u wait the more potent the more tastier and the more denser and heavier ur buds will be juss chill untill there ready

how has the auto flower worked for you? it sounds cool to me. would it be easy if you were taking clones out?

But the hairs are almost all red(except the main cola), isnt it the sign to harvest?

So, i gotta wait till they disappear under a bud?

It turned out really well, but the yield is extremely small.
Only 6g's from one plant, had it under a 150 watt compact light.

i say give it a week or 2

sure, just be carefull not to damage the stem, I'd still recommend waiting another week or two tho

get a microsope,
the hairs doesnt matter,
its the trichs.. if u want a up sativa like high,
then harvest when ur trichs are a milky color
if u want a couchlock high, harvest when trichs are amber colored.

what is a sativa high???? like a high thats energetic not that stoooooned feeling?

yes .. its more of a up high,
not soo lazy and tired, energetic, exited, and happy.
not wanting to sit on the damn couch and eat all night.
