i was just wondering if these tiny little growths on the outside the larger two are an indicater that i have a baby girl?

at this point it does look like it may be a boy, however it is still too soon to say for certain. give it a couple more days and if you see tiny white hairs, you got a girl, but if you see a little ball forming, well that's self explanatory.
